The
Ottawa Recreation Commission is to improve and maintain the mental
and physical health, happiness and well being of the citizens of
USD #290 and city of Ottawa taxing district, through a well planned
program of organized, constructive leisure activities. This facility
would provide a 1500 sq ft activities room, 15,000 sq ft gymnasium
space with an elevated walking track as well as 1200 sq ft for the
ORC district offices.
