The
proposed new 5,000 SF banking facility for KSB-Ottawa is the result
of several years of planning and refinement to achieve the most functional,
yet attractive building possible, while remaining good stewards of
the bank’s financial interests. This facility marks a new era
for KSB-Ottawa which has had its main bank in North Ottawa for over
90 years and Devore and Associates are proud to have been the Architects
for the branch banks constructed in both Ottawa and Baldwin City,
Kansas, as well as the stand-alone ATM facility which is on the site
of the proposed building.
